Property Management
Property owners will have an annual maintenance fee of USD 1.200 for a 2-bedroom villa and USD1.000 for a 1-bedroom villa. This will cover the street lighting and maintenance of the gardens and pools. All indoor maintenance needs to be arranged by the owners themselves.
